Refunds & Returns: SQL University.net does not offer refunds for courses or classes after a student is given access to the course. Once a course is paid for and access is granted the student is solely responsible for taking the course within a reasonable period of time and learning the material(s) presented. Students are solely responsible for ensuring that they are able to view the course materials; we strongly recommend that ALL prospective students make sure that they can properly view the sample videos BEFORE signing up for courses.
Course Duration & Access: SQL University courses normally run for 120 days from the date of enrollment, during which time you will have full access to the course videos and any other associated materials. A maximum of two (2) one-month extensions may be granted if you require more time to complete a given course. To have an extension granted you must contact us BEFORE the end date of your course occurs.

Applicable Law: Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this site or the content or materials on this site is

arbitration, unsuccessfully challenges the arbitrator's award, or fails to comply with the arbitrator's award, the other party is entitled
to costs of suit, including reasonable attorneys' fees for having to compel arbitration or defend or enforce the award. To the fullest
extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party
subject to this agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise. In the event you violate or threaten to violate any
intellectual property right of SQL University.net or cause or threaten to cause any other significant and irreparable harm, you hereby consent to SQL University.net's application to a court of competent jurisdiction for injunctive or other equitable relief to restrain such act or threat of action, without prejudice to any other relief in law or equity otherwise available to SQL University.net.
Video Locations: Physical locations shown in SQL University promotional materials and introductory videos are from the University Of Washington and are used with permission. SQL University is a virtual classroom; courses are not conducted on the University Of Washington campus.
Entire Agreement, Severability, and Waiver: This agreement contains the entire understanding between the parties relating to its
subject matter. If any provision of this Agreement is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be void, invalid, unenforceable or
illegal, such provision shall be severed from this agreement and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Waiver of
terms or excuse of breach must be in writing and shall not constitute subsequent consent, waiver or excuse.
